Swedish: This full body deep tissue massage consists of long, gliding strokes and muscle kneading. Ideal treatment for stress.
Shiatsu: Utilizes pressure points throughout the body to ease tension & improve circulation.
Reflexology: Works your entire body and internal organs through points on the feet.
Aroma Therapy: The use of aromatic essence from plants in treatment for beauty & well being.
Reiki: A form of healing using energy. Can consist of little or no body contact.

Stone Massage: Warm smooth stones are gracefully glided across the body. The warmth of the stones penetrate and loosen the mucles, allowing for a deeper massage experience.
